By downloading, accessing, or using MineBit - Bitcoin Cloud Miner ("MineBit", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MineBit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to all users of the application.
2. Nature of Service & Cloud-Based Mining
MineBit is a cloud-based computing and hashrate management platform that provides users with access to cloud-based mining-related functionality.
MineBit does not perform cryptocurrency mining using the physical hardware, CPU, GPU, or battery resources of your mobile device.
Any hashing power, computing allocations, and mining processes associated with the service are hosted and executed through remote infrastructure and cloud servers.
Using MineBit is not intended to cause physical degradation, overheating, or unauthorized use of your mobile device's hardware resources.
3. No Financial, Investment, Trading, or Legal Advice
The content, calculations, hashrate information, mining statistics, projected earnings, and other information displayed within MineBit are provided for informational purposes only.
Nothing within the application constitutes:
Financial advice
Investment advice
Trading advice
Cryptocurrency investment recommendations
Legal advice
Tax advice
MineBit and its operators are not registered investment advisors, brokers, banks, or financial institutions.
Users are responsible for conducting their own research and due diligence before using cloud mining services or participating in cryptocurrency-related activities.
4. No Guarantee of Earnings or Fixed Returns
MineBit does not guarantee any specific financial return, profit, income, Bitcoin reward, mining reward, or return on purchase.
Any BTC values, estimated earnings, mining speeds, hashrate calculations, or projected rewards displayed within the application are estimates only.
Such estimates may depend on factors including, but not limited to:
Bitcoin network difficulty
Global network hashrate
Mining conditions
Server or computing allocations
Mining pool performance
Cryptocurrency market conditions
Network conditions
Applicable settlement rules

Cloud mining rewards may fluctuate, and there is no guarantee of fixed daily income or a fixed return from any purchase or computing allocation.
5. Cryptocurrency Market Volatility
Cryptocurrency markets, including Bitcoin, are highly volatile and may experience significant and rapid price fluctuations.
The market value of any cryptocurrency obtained through the service may increase or decrease substantially.
Users acknowledge that cryptocurrency-related activities involve financial and market risks, and MineBit does not guarantee the future value or profitability of any cryptocurrency.
6. Withdrawals and External Wallets
Where cryptocurrency withdrawals are available, withdrawals may be subject to applicable eligibility requirements, minimum thresholds, verification procedures, processing conditions, network conditions, fees, and other applicable limitations.
MineBit is not a cryptocurrency exchange, trading desk, or custodial wallet provider.
Where applicable, on-chain withdrawals are processed to the external cryptocurrency wallet address provided by the user.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the destination wallet address, blockchain network, and other transaction details are correct before submitting a withdrawal request.
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. MineBit cannot guarantee recovery of cryptocurrency sent to an incorrect wallet address, incompatible network, or incorrect destination.
Network fees, transaction delays, blockchain congestion, and other external factors may affect withdrawal processing.
7. No Guarantee of Continuous Availability
MineBit may temporarily suspend, restrict, modify, or discontinue certain features or services due to:
Technical maintenance
Server issues
Security concerns
Blockchain network conditions
Mining pool conditions
Regulatory requirements
Operational requirements
Force majeure events
Third-party service interruptions
We do not guarantee that the application or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
8. In-App Purchases
If MineBit offers in-app purchases, any purchase may provide access to applicable features, computing allocations, mining-related functionality, or other services as described within the application at the time of purchase.
A purchase does not guarantee a specific financial return, profit, Bitcoin amount, mining reward, or fixed return.
Purchases and refunds are subject to the applicable platform's terms and policies, including Google Play or Apple App Store policies where applicable.
9. User Responsibilities
By using MineBit, you agree to:
Use the application only for lawful purposes

Keep your account credentials secure
Not share or misuse your account
Not attempt unauthorized access to the application or its infrastructure
Not hack, reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the application
Not interfere with the application's operation or security

Comply with applicable cryptocurrency, tax, financial, and other laws in your jurisdiction
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
10. Non-Custodial Responsibility
Where MineBit provides cryptocurrency withdrawal functionality, users remain responsible for their external wallet information and transaction details.
MineBit does not guarantee the recovery of assets sent to an incorrect address, unsupported wallet, or incompatible blockchain network.
Users should carefully verify all transaction information before confirming a transaction.
11. Regulatory and Tax Responsibilities
Cryptocurrency laws and regulations vary between countries and jurisdictions and may change over time.
It is the user's responsibility to determine whether using cloud mining services, receiving cryptocurrency, holding digital assets, or conducting cryptocurrency transactions is permitted in their jurisdiction.
Users are also solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any applicable tax reporting or payment obligations.
MineBit does not provide legal or tax advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MineBit and its operators, affiliates, partners, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other losses arising from or related to your use of the application or service.
This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from:
Cryptocurrency market volatility

Incorrect wallet addresses
